Property is in the middle of town and offers free parking
Property was dated and floors were very squeaky, the floor made a noise with every footstep. The radiator in my room was actually hanging off the wall.

Very disappointing stay
Location in the middle of town was perfect Room was very large Staff were jovial and very friendly
Despite advising I was arriving very late, I don't recall (I might be wrong) receiving notification that I would need to use a side entrance, so I spent time trying to call to find a way in. Very noisy outside the room as it seemed to be next to where people parked cars Bed was not comfortable Bar very poorly stocked Room while large was very dated and needs some TLC. Having a warm shower was not possible, if I tried to put any amount of warm water into the mix it became incredibly hot, so I ended up having a cold shower. Overall the place needs some considerable work and until that happens I would recommend staying in other hotels in the area (e.g. premier inn)

I felt the toilet in room 8 wasn’t cleaned properly and room 7 although clean enough had a very strong quite unpleasant smell in it. We opened the window wide each day but it made no difference.

Was very basic on all fronts, not comfortable with regards to staying in winter months.
Location.
No heating in the room. Insufficient teabags/coffee milk in the room, you could hear everything that people were saying through the walls and poorly fitting door.
